Yes! As a customer of ElectroFinance, you have the ability to choose how you would like to receive your merchandise. You can have your item(s) shipped right to your home or you choose to pick your item(s) up at a local BestBuy location nearest you. In most cases, same day, in-store pick up is available.
Can I track the delivery of my item(s)?
Once you have been approved and have placed an order, you will receive an email which contains information about your order(s).
If you are picking up your item(s) in-store, you will be receiving an email with information on how to pick up your merchandise and when it is ready for pick-up. If you have chosen to have your merchandise shipped to your home, you will receive an email with a tracking number which will be updated regularly.
How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?
Delivery times are going to vary based on the product or products that you’ve selected. Larger items often take longer to ship. An expected delivery date can be found during the checkout process and should also be contained in your confirmation email.
What should I do if something is damaged during delivery?
Please contact your local store immediately if you find that your item(s) arrives damaged.
