You have a few different options once you've signed your lease and paid the initial payment:
1. If you haven't picked the item(s) up yet, or if your item(s) haven't been shipped yet, please contact us immediately.
2. If you have already picked the item(s) up, we unfortunately do not handle returns unless it has been less than 36 hours since you picked the item up and the item is defective but undamaged.
3. If your item(s) have already been shipped, please contact us immediately.
